A simple reoccuring dream in which I am in an old house by the creek. I am often here with people, but they aren't my friends or anyone I know. A lot of times I end up here and there is no consistent plotline? But we end up going to another location (of which I call in-between places) and I wake up before I can finish the story. :(
I always wake up on a cruise ship, very large and with several elevators. Every single time in this dream, the ship sinks. It has sunken by an explosion, a strike to a rock and just flipping over. I am often with friends or family when this happens, but we always survive one way or another.
In one instance, the ship sank to the bottom of the ocean and simply placing a penny on the floor of the ship caused it to float up because it broke the tension barrier? It was so odd and I don't understand why in every case we end up fine.
I wake up in a forest on an island with nothing but tools and a backpack. In this dream I am trapped and have to survive on my own. Sometimes I am with friends, sometimes alone. It is often dusk or very close to it in my dream, and I have to chop wood to start a fire. In this dream I seem to be at peace with the fact that I am trapped and while surviving is scary, I am okay. While there are creatures in the forest, all they serve to do is scare me as they won't actually attack. This dream seems to stem from my love of "The Forest" and "Sons of the Forest", as I play(ed) those games quite frequently. I unfortunely never escape this dream and it tends to end rather quickly?? I think it's somehow connected with another odd dream but I'm never there long enough to make sense of it.
